About the collection
What makes Allura Couture House different?
Allura is created for a body in transition, celebrating every stage of motherhood and beyond. Our pieces are designed to move with you, embracing your changing silhouette in pregnancy and continuing to flatter your body through the postpartum months, with the refinement of couture and the comfort you need.
Who designs the collections?
Every collection is designed by Andreea, founder of Allura Couture House and mother of two. Each collection draws on a place, a mood or a feeling, and no two collections share the same aesthetic.
Will sold-out styles come back?
Each design is made once, in a very small limited edition. Once those pieces have found their homes, that design is gone. If you love a style that is running low, we recommend not waiting.
Can I wear my piece after my baby arrives?
Yes. Our silhouettes are cut to flatter both a pregnant and a postpartum body, bump or no bump.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Choose your usual pre-pregnancy size. Room for your bump is designed into every piece. Our fit is close and tailored, with about 2.5 cm (1 inch) of ease around the bust and hips, so if you are between sizes, or your bust has grown significantly during pregnancy or while nursing, choose the next size up. What if my size has sold out?
Because each size is made in very small numbers, sizes can sell out quickly. Email us. If a piece in your size becomes available again, we will let you know, although this is rare.
Delivery
UAE delivery
Complimentary on every order. Same-day delivery in Dubai on orders confirmed before 12 noon (UAE time), Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Elsewhere in the UAE, and for orders after the cut-off, we deliver as quickly as possible, usually the next working day.
International delivery
We ship worldwide with a tracked express courier. The shipping charge for your country is shown at checkout, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by destination and customs.
Will I pay import duties?
Gulf (GCC): if you are asked to pay import duties, taxes or clearance fees on delivery to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman, send us the receipt within 30 days and we will reimburse you in full.
Other countries: import duties, taxes and clearance fees may be charged by your country and are not included in our prices. Please see our Shipping Policy, or email us for guidance before ordering.
What if my piece needs extra time?
If a piece needs a little extra time before dispatch, we will email you straight away, and you can cancel free of charge.
Exchanges and returns
What if my piece doesn't fit?
You can request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, with the Allura tag attached and in its original packaging. Full details, including any legal right to cancel where you live, are in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
What if my piece arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and photos and we will put it right free of charge. We cover delivery both ways.
Care
How do I care for my Allura piece?
Dry clean only, store in a garment bag and keep away from prolonged direct sunlight. Each piece arrives with a care card. Treat her as the investment piece she is.
