1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Each dress is finished in small, exclusive batches.

  • Production: 7–10 business days for final finishing and quality control.

  • Shipping:

    • UAE: Free express shipping (1–2 business days after dispatch).

    • International: Flat AED 150 express shipping (2–4 business days after dispatch).

Most customers receive their order within 10–14 days from purchase.

2. Can I get a dress faster for a special event?

Because of our small-batch process, we do not offer rush production.
If you need a dress for a specific date—such as a maternity shoot or baby shower—we recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance to allow comfortable time for production, shipping, and any custom alterations you may wish to make locally.

3. Are your dresses only for pregnancy?

Not at all. Every design is thoughtfully cut to flatter both pregnancy and postpartum bodies, so you can enjoy your dress long after baby arrives.

4. How do I choose the right size?

A detailed size guide is available on each product page.
If you are pregnant, select the size closest to your pre-pregnancy bust and shoulder measurements; our silhouettes are designed to accommodate a growing bump.

5. What is your return policy?

Because we create our pieces in limited quantities, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges in the rare event of a manufacturing defect.
Please email photos and order details within 48 hours of receiving your dress if you believe your item is defective.

6. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide via premium express courier.

  • Within UAE: Free express shipping.

  • International: Flat AED 150 shipping charge.
    Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your dress is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

8. How do I care for my Allura dress?

Each dress includes a branded care card.
Generally:

  • Dry clean only.

  • Store in the garment bag 

  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve fabric integrity.

9. Do you restock sold-out styles?

Rarely. Our dresses are limited-edition. When a style is sold out, it’s unlikely to return so we recommend purchasing your favourite piece while it’s available.

10. Can I see the dresses in person?

Allura Couture House is an online couture brand.
