1. Are all items made to order?
Yes, all our pieces are pre-order only and made especially for you. We follow a slow fashion philosophy to ensure each garment is thoughtfully created with care and precision.

2. How long will my order take to be ready?
Our typical production time is 2–3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Please note that during peak periods or due to fabric availability, there may be slight delays, but we will always keep you informed.

3. Can I request custom sizing or adjustments?
Currently, we only offer standard sizing as per our size guide. We do not provide custom fits or alterations at this time, so please ensure you select the most accurate size based on your current measurements.

4. Where do you ship?
We ship across the GCC region and offer international shipping as well. Shipping rates for Domestic are AED 20 for standard and AED 35 for express. For International shipping, a flat rate of AED 150 will be applied. For delivery estimate timings, please review Shipping and Delivery page. 

5. Do I have to pay customs or duties?
If you are ordering from outside the UAE, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or with a clear defect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you with a solution.

7. What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

8. I need help choosing a size, what should I do?
We recommend reviewing our detailed Size Guide before placing an order. If you're still unsure, feel free to reach out to us via email or Instagram, and we’ll be happy to guide you.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it goes into production and cannot be canceled or changed. We kindly ask you to double-check your size, shipping details, and item selection before confirming.
