Welcome to Allura Couture House. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, access to our services, and the purchase of our couture maternity pieces. By browsing or making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Pre-Order Policy
All garments from Allura Couture House are available on a pre-order basis only. Each piece is crafted with the highest level of attention to detail and is made specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
Production Timeline: Pre-orders require a production period of 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Delays: While we do our best to meet these timelines, unexpected delays in fabric sourcing or production may occur.
No Cancellations or Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded as production begins immediately.
2. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not signify final acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
3. Sizing
All items are offered in standard sizing only. We recommend referring to our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. Please note that we do not offer custom sizing or alterations at this time.
4. Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the rare event that the item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs.
Our team will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within the GCC region and internationally.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location. For International shipping a flat fee of AED 150 will be applied.
Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays: Allura Couture House is not liable for shipping or customs delays once the item has been dispatched.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Once an order is confirmed, pricing will not be adjusted even if future promotions or price changes occur.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Allura Couture House and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
