Welcome to Allura Couture House. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, access to our services, and the purchase of our couture maternity pieces. By browsing or making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Products & Availability
1.1 Allura Couture House produces garments in limited, small-batch collections. Quantities are limited and once a style sells out it may not return.
1.2 Colors, fabrics, and finishes shown on the Site are represented as accurately as possible; slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric dye lots.
2. Order Processing & Production Timeline
2.1 Once your order and payment are confirmed, your gown will undergo final finishing and quality control.
2.2 Production Time: Please allow 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays) for your order to be completed prior to shipment.
2.3 You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delays: While we do our best to meet these timelines, unexpected delays in fabric sourcing or production may occur.
No Cancellations or Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded as production begins immediately.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Within the United Arab Emirates: Complimentary express shipping. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
3.2 International Orders: A flat fee of AED 150 applies. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs procedures.
3.3 Delivery times are estimates only. Allura Couture House is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier disruptions outside our control.
3.4 The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country.
4. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not signify final acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
5. Sizing
All items are offered in standard sizing only. We recommend referring to our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. Please note that we do not offer custom sizing or alterations at this time.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because our gowns are produced in limited batches and finished to order, all sales are final.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of a manufacturing defect. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing andreea@alluracouturehouse.com with photos of the defect.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a defect review.
Our team will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within the GCC region and internationally.
Shipping Fees: Within the United Arab Emirates: Complimentary express shipping. For International shipping a flat fee of AED 150 will be applied.
Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays: Allura Couture House is not liable for shipping or customs delays once the item has been dispatched.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Once an order is confirmed, pricing will not be adjusted even if future promotions or price changes occur.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Allura Couture House and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
