At Allura Couture House, each piece is crafted with precision, passion, and a promise to make you feel radiant through every stage of motherhood. As each item is made in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you review our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our couture garments, we do not offer refunds on purchases unless the item is deemed faulty. We encourage you to reach out to us before placing your order should you need sizing our team is always here to help.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing andreea@alluracouturehouse.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Once approved, we’ll provide further instructions for return and resolution.

Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters. We offer store credit or exchanges only for a different size of the same item, based on availability.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

  3. Once approved, you’ll be responsible for returning the item to us. Shipping costs for exchanges are not covered by Allura Couture House.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.

  • Gift cards.

International Orders

We are delighted to serve our clients around the world and take great care to ensure your Allura Couture House piece arrives in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of our couture garments, as well as the complexities of international shipping and customs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

This policy allows us to:

  • Protect the integrity and quality of each garment during transit.

  • Avoid potential delays, damage, or loss due to customs processes.

  • Maintain the exclusivity of our limited-edition designs, which may sell out before a return could be processed.
