At Allura Couture House, every gown is hand-finished in Dubai in a limited run of nine  three pieces per size. Because of this, we are unable to hold stock for return processing the way a commercial brand might. We ask that you review this policy and consult our size guide carefully before purchasing.

Size guidance

A full self-measurement guide and size chart are available for you to check before making the purchase. Our silhouettes are designed to accommodate a growing bump and flow beautifully over the body at any stage of pregnancy. Please measure yourself before ordering, your measurements are your best guide.

Exchanges — UAE orders

We accept size exchanges for UAE orders within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Email andreea@alluracouturehouse.com with your order number and requested size within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return shipping to our Dubai studio is at the customer's cost
  • Re-delivery to you is complimentary

Please note: because each size is produced in a run of three, we cannot guarantee availability of your requested size. If the size you need is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the full purchase value.

Store credit

Store credit is valid indefinitely and can be applied to any current or future Allura collection.

International orders

Due to the complexities of international shipping and the extremely limited nature of our stock, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. We encourage international customers to measure carefully using our size guide before purchasing.

Faulty or damaged items

If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing andreea@alluracouturehouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags or original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • International orders (except faulty items)
