At Allura Couture House, each piece is made in limited quantities with thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail. We offer pre-orders to give you early access to our exclusive collections before they officially launch, ensuring you never miss out on a design you love.

Here’s everything you need to know about how pre-orders work:

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a piece before it is produced or restocked. Once your order is placed, your item will be made and shipped to you within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout.

Why Pre-Order?

Because Allura pieces are made in limited runs, pre-ordering ensures you secure your desired style and size before it sells out. This also helps us maintain a sustainable production model, reducing overproduction and ensuring each piece is made with intention and care.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Each pre-order item has its own estimated production time (usually between 2–3 weeks) depending on the design complexity and order volume.

  • You’ll see the estimated shipping window on each product page.

  • Once your piece is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We appreciate your patience and support for slow fashion — we promise it’s worth the wait.

Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of your pre-order to reserve your piece. This allows us to begin production immediately.

Modifications & Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please double-check your size and details before confirming your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Allura Couture House accepts returns for store credit on full-priced pre-order items within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
